Seattle also has the worst "sorta a roundabout but kinda too small so maybe it's a 4-way stop." Intersections too.

I don't think it's the commuters...I think it's more the out of state drive-thru traffic that can't comprehend simple road signage. Which is why on my trips north I've been taking 301 from north of Richmond all the way to the Beltway (via Branch Ave) or to US 50 or all the way to Baltimore...just to avoid the hellhole that is I-95...

oops, only two lanes and no left or right turn. Otherwise it would totally fit. two lanes hard left (not Uturn), two lanes left, two straight and a right. The roads are here but not the lanes or turns.
